Awful service awful place, keep away from this Ben (goaty beard). I have Been a Longterm member even before probably this Ben guy was born and the service this person provided was awful, wouldn?t even scan anything from Holland & Barrett App. Lost a Prime customer. Please do not shop when around this particular worker. You have been warned. Only if I could give ZERO STARS.

Rude and unhelpful staff
3 people stood waiting to pay for items - ignored. By two staff today at 12.30pm. Refuse to be ignored - put goods on shelf and walked out.
This is twice this has now happened. Easier to order what I want from Amazon and get better standard of service. Utter joke.

I order online for collection. I received email for collection. I spent £20 taxi fare. They said sorry we haven?t got anything yet. So for nothing I pay £20. Then same thing they sale me £18.99 online offer was buy1 get one free on the shop buy 2 get one free. I will never use anymore collection

My recent visit was really amazing. I went to get vitamins for my daughter and I was unsure. Lucy helped me throughout to get accurate vitamins for my daughter.

I had a fantastic experience at Holland & Barrett thanks to Lucy & her colleagues. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Their advice on supplements and health products was so helpful, and I really appreciated their patience in answering all my questions. It?s rare to find such excellent customer service, and they truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. I?ll definitely be returning because of their outstanding support?thank you!

Go into Holland and Barrett every week to see which deals they have on.
Always great welcoming into the store and help is always on hand with the great staff. Never go anywhere else for any supplements or vitamins.

Very bad customer service on this occasion went to collect my order lady on the till said sorry someone else had your order by mistake and your have to phone customer service unbelievable say the least i had to rebuy half items again half wasnt in store, then waited in a que get a refund girl in que felt bad for me let me go to the till for some reason lady had very strange customer service skills most unhelpfull but its ok i raised it with store regional manger need basic training also people skills been coming for years not sure where you found this staff member but good luck holland and barrett with staff like her.

Usually find Holland &Barrett staff really friendly and helpful. Not the case today at the Hanley shop. The member of staff couldn?t have been more off hand. Unfriendly, unhelpful, off hand. I would have believed that she was simply minding the shop until the real employee came back to relieve her.

Really not impressed! Visited the hanley Holland&Barrett this afternoon and as i went to purchase my product was refused service by the brunette worker who said she was closing up the shop for her break. She also mentioned that i could not purchase my product due to it being £12.99 and not meeting the ?new store policy? which supposedly requires a minimum £20 spend? Absolute rubbish if you ask me.

Horrible experience here, was in a big rush and the worker working at 4:30 on Wednesday the 29th of May decided it was a good time to take a break and lock the shop the up. However, this wasn?t the worst of my experience? i asked for help and the brunette worker behind the the till refused and stayed on her phone! Then when i got to the till the woman said i couldn?t purchase my product because it was under £20 and didn?t meet the stores new policy - what a pee take!
