Awful service awful place, keep away from this Ben (goaty beard). I have Been a Longterm member even before probably this Ben guy was born and the service this person provided was awful, wouldn’t even scan anything from Holland & Barrett App. Lost a Prime customer. Rude and unhelpful staff 3 people stood waiting to pay for items - ignored. By two staff today at 12.30pm. Refuse to be ignored - put goods on shelf and walked out. This is twice this has now happened. Easier to order what I want from Amazon and get better standard of service. Utter joke.
