Called in today with a faulty item I brought from the shop in Ludlow. Looking for some advice. I felt the lady was very offensive telling me that they are just a franchise and nothing to do with them.

Don't believe a word of any of the promotions they have in the shop, I went to the Till with 3 items clearly marked as 3for2 at the shelf and when I got to the till was told the items were not on the 3for2 promotion. There was clearly a 3for2 promotion label above the price for the item on the shelf as I checked after my purchase. I will not be returning to this shops ever again, it would of only taken 20seconds for the assistant to check.
