I went to Halfords in Warrington and staff were horrible to me I ended up jumping in car and going home crying and never got my light bulbs fixed. Today I went toHalfords - Newcastle Under Lyme and got my light bulbs fixed by a lovely man called Tim who was very helpful and kind. Thank you time I appreciate all that you did today

I brought a new bike today and Dave served me. He helped chose the best fitting bike for me and talked me through how to check my bike is running properly if i come into problems.

A couple of days ago, we went to the Halford bike shop and asked if they do bike assessments and repairs. They said yes, just bring the bike in. So today, I brought the bike in, and a different staff told me it's not their bike and they won?t touch it. What a joke!!!

Though a 10s job there was a 20 minute wait to collect an online click and collect order. Better team work amongst the on duty staff would have saved my time and saved my next important appointment
