I have never been so appalled by the service I received at this Greggs. I was served by a child named Joel and the way he acted made me feel so uncomfortable and an inconvenience because of the manner he was acting in as if I had forced him to come to work sorry but no one wants that type of service. Even the way he works is shocking and sluggish like I feel bad for the rest of the workers having to work with someone like that as he works like he has no common sense or training.

I was in Nottingham last week, popped into Greggs in the town, parked up my mobility scooter walked in with my crutches and asked for a slice of piazza, I asked if I could sit down to eat it and was told it would be an extra 25p, thanks Greggs for the use of a chair in an empty shop with the doors wide open.

I asked if I could scan my greggs app barcode and the staff member got frustrated and said ?fu@k sake man? maybe she was having a bad day but this is no way to speak to a customer, because of this I haven?t been back since

Staff are rude, always arguing with one another and once served don't even confirm whether it's been paid for or hint with a goodbye. They spend too much time talking and arguing between themselves and all customers get second hand embarrassment. The food is OK. When there is busy queues no other members of staff HOP on a till to assist. They just barge past you to shove sandwiches and drinks in the displays. It's a shame really as it's such a convenient place to eat but the staff (mostly your elder staff) are incredibly rude.

The Hanley branch is absolutely pathetic. I order every day at work and they miss items off at least a couple of times a week, sometimes the main part of the order. Just Eat don't refund you because they no doubt think it's impossible for Greggs to be as incompetent as they are, and think you're on the take. The melts that work there are no doubt too busy chatting about what sitcom they are watching when they get home than to make sure they give you what they have paid for, which shouldn't be a difficult task. Woeful!

I used to go regularly to this shop cause I love the cheese and onions in there but lately the costumer service went down hill in there rude staff I asked once to have my food to be warmed up bit cause it was stoned cold the lady at the counter told me no in rude way not even we don't warm food anymore it was a horrible lady that's why I would never go back there egain teach ur oldest staff how to talk to costumers

Slow and terrible service, could brake bricks with the baguette. your better off going pound bakery or wright's.
