I have never been so appalled by the service I received at this Greggs. I was served by a child named Joel and the way he acted made me feel so uncomfortable and an inconvenience because of the manner he was acting in as if I had forced him to come to work sorry but no one wants that type of service. I was in Nottingham last week, popped into Greggs in the town, parked up my mobility scooter walked in with my crutches and asked for a slice of piazza, I asked if I could sit down to eat it and was told it would be an extra 25p, thanks Greggs for the use of a chair in an empty shop with the doors wide open.

Excellent customer service from Josh and Emma on my visit to the Hanley branch food was great service with a smile and wished me well for the rest of my day will surely return best greggs in stoke on trent
