I've had a bad experience with this company regards an appliance ( bought on eBay) which was so called A+ but arrived as a used item - thought with patience to have it installed ( charged ) to find out further that the safety device on a burner didn't work properly and a large ring was the wrong one which subsequently didn't... read full comment
