I went into go outdoors today,for my daughter for some horse supplements, and was met with a young girl called Ellie, she was the most polite and well mannered person I have ever come across in a store and especially. She gave me the best advice and was full of knowledge and pointed me in the right direction, if it wasn?t for her I wouldn?t have known where to start and in my own she needs to be recognised for her hard work she could of done better for me or enough definitely went above and beyond so thank you again to her . I definitely recommend!!!

Been in the store recently its a very well set out store got what I was after quickly and at a fair price there was a lad who helped me to find what I was looking for and advised me on which would suit my needs best his name was Owen hes a credit to the store will be niping in again soon

Stoke Branch ,dealt with Kyle in the bike section ,brilliant customer service from him ,nothing was too much trouble for him,very patient and knowledgeable about the bikes we bought,We bought 2 bikes a ladies Compass e bike and a Calibre kinetic ebike.very happy with our purchases

They never pick the phone. Bought a bike and informed me will add peddle and check gears etc. will give a call. Non called and I tried to call. Nobody picks the phone.

I came into the shop yesterday to look at camp stoves, the two guys I dealt with were very helpful and really knew their stuff. It?s nice to come into a shop where the workers know the product well.

Be prepared to challenge any collection orders from online!!
Don't get me wrong, the staff at this store are brilliant, very approachable and have good knowledge of almost everything.
However if you order anything online to collect in store you have to PAY IN-STORE. They will not use the total price that you see in your email confirmation , so be prepared to have your discount codes, email confirmation and membership number, otherwise they will put the items manually through the till.
I had a 20% welcome discount that I had to prove, even though it was validated online.

New go outdoors store! festival park. Large store great quality products for a variety of outdoor activities, also offers bike servicing and has a Amazon collection point. The store is disabled friendly all on one level with easy automatic entrance. A large free carpark is directly outside.

Bought a new fishing pole from here and when I got to using the new pole, there was a missing piece. I was then told id need to go back to the store and rectify the problem with their in house team. They can't just deliver the missing item , that was their fault to begin with!! Avoid this store.

Good place to go for all your outdoor needs. There is a good selection in store and the staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed to ask about some of the products we were interested in

Thank you so much to Kyle for helping me find my new electric bike. I have cycled with my family all our married life thats over 35years. The last few years have been increasingly difficult due to chronic illness but I have managed to continue enjoying the 'freedom' cycling has given me.
Recently my health has ver sadly taken a turn for the worst and my mobility has made riding my pendleton somerby e bike impossible as it has become too heavy and unyielding. I was heartbroken that my illness was taking yet another part of me away, but Kyle, with his expertise kindness and care has sorted me out with a Compass Navigate e bike.
To say I am happy is an understatement. I am looking forward to visiting Llandudno next weekend with my beautiful new bike and retrieving this precious part of my freedom back. Thank you Kyle, you have absolutely made a huge difference to me today ?

I go there.. ask for trainers.. they tell me 49.99.. i was like ok lets do it go all the way to the cashier to discover if you don?t have a membership card you get £100.00 ? quite disappointing. I was just visiting. Also, while inside the store a lady told me to move because she wanted to try shoes. There was plenty of space and no-one said anything. Go to get your trainers somewhere else.
