Super impressed with the service and going the extra mile. And when I say extra mile I mean an extra mile. Big kiddos to the manager and colleagues who worked Thursday(27/06/2024) night. I can?t thank enough for the support and going well beyond what you?re expecting from a great service at a restaurant

Ordered the meatballs with garlic bread. And meat feast pizza..... wish hadn't bothered. Pizza was poor, meatballs required more sauce.

We used to like the restaurant but had noticed the portions getting smaller whilst the prices went up. Smaller portions at the same price might have been okay but then we see that?s happening in a lot of places so it?s not unique to this chain. The service and atmosphere for a family treat of fast food is usually nice.
Recently, Friday night after shopping we went in and found it virtually empty and we soon found out why. Plenty of staff, really slow poor table service. The food took ages. The chips were cold, my husband?s ribs were not marinated as described, just a thick sauce poured over the top. Our meals looked and tasted like ready meals from the supermarket. Might have ordered another drink but never saw anyone. When I eventually decided we were not ordering any more or we?d be there till midnight, it took ages to get the bill, couldn?t even get eye contact with any staff. One that looked like everything was an extreme effort for her turned up with drinks we hadn?t ordered and rolled her eyes at us when we said we hadn?t ordered any and refused them.
We won?t be going again, it?s too expensive for such a poor effort all round.

Came here on Friday for my mother in laws 60th. Table for 8 people had been booked but they hadn?t prepared one, wanted us to sit on one for 6 originally then suggested 2 separate booths. They did then move us to a larger table they?d pushed together - felt like we were inconveniencing them though despite booking well in advance!!!
Then it got worse, took around 20mins for the drinks to arrive (what they?d actually got!) then the best bit nearly 2 hrs for the food!!!!!!! The restaurant wasn?t particularly busy at all either - had to ask several times if the food was coming out or not and only did when we said we were leaving.
Clearly prioritising the takeaway deliveries instead as there were plenty of them being sent out whilst we were there!! Maybe should have ordered it via Uber to our table!
Most definitely will not be going back there again!

Absolutely disgusting place. Was waiting by the front where it said wait to be seated and everyone was looking at me and not seating me. I was starving. In the end I left. The staff weren?t even busy. Won?t be coming again.

Had a chicken burger. Chicken was chewy. Not very tasty. Chips portion was small and no side salad.Very expensive at £16.They will go out of business selling low quality food at prices like that. Loads better places to eat.
