Went down formula one to have a spring put on a shock. To then later return to be told my spring is wrong, and my strut is bust. Yet took straight to another garage put the spring straight on the strut and also checked the strut over to find nothing wrong with it, and oh yes it was the right spring aswel. Clearly stay away don't want the work and no a clue what there doing by the looks of it.

Used the Hanley (Stoke) branch. Ordered online 2 tyres and had to return twice, as they had received the incorrect tyres. I had to chase for updates and even then it wasn't sorted the following week.In the end it was resolved and they fitted an equivalent brand and type of tyres that they had in stock. But communication was bad and I raised my experience with the contact details for the area manager (who's details are on a poster in the waiting room), never received a reply...

Would never visit again. Booked in for have some tyres fitted, got rearranged the morning they should have been fitted, these things happen no big deal. Arrived the next day to be greeted with oh we won?t know anything about that with the manager, straight away I wasn?t impressed with the attitude, waiting 15 mins for them to take it round the back to come back to say we can?t fit the tyres. 1. We don?t have equipment as they are reverse fit (what garage doesnt have the equipment to fit tyres to any wheels) 2. They are the wrong size, after explaining they aren?t and they will fit no problem I walked away as it was clear they were incompetent and not interested. Moral of the story if you want tyres visit for tyres up the road and you?ll have a pleasant service hassle free. I now have the tyres I wanted fitted with no problems not like rubbish excused these guys come out with. Would not recommend at all. If their customer service is anything like their work I?m glad I walked away. Waste of time, if broke down outside their garage I?d make sure I was towed to the next one

Used these guys for tracking after hitting the almighty stokie pot holes excellent service and really honest guys showed me how the tracking would effect the driving experience recommend these boys all day long

I had issues with resetting my car computer after a service, still not resolved.Car is telling me I need a service and change oil ????Receipt of service had wrong mileage ?Couldn?t have got any worse, won?t be using again.

I am a shift worker and had booked my car in for a service and MOT on Sunday 21st January because that was the day that the MOT tester was working in the Hanley centre, so when I went to fetch my car got there car waiting for me outside went to reception paperwork all ready apart from the MOT certificate when I asked about it they had forgotten to do the MOT so now got to now got to take it back on Wednesday to get the MOT done so I was not happy at all with the branch in Hanley

I was in a tough situation when I hit a pot hole in stoke on trent at night in the heavy rain and my exhaust back box snapped off due to the drop,I managed to get home dragging the exhaust.Next day rang around couldn't get help it was snowing,so I got myself under the car and tied up the loose box and went to formula one. They were really busy but didn't turn me away.I needed the car to get wife to work that night and job was urgent,they got me sorted because of the situation I was in.The cost wasn't cheap but what could I do!!.they all got stuck in and sorted it out.

I had an interim service on 09/10/2023 with F1 at the Hanley store. Excellent service. I needed a fair bit doing to my car and they managed to do it all in a short space of time. Brilliant communication and very reasonable pricing. Couldn't recommend them more.

Popped in today as they're one of the few places that are open on a Sunday.Thought I'd got a slow puncture as I'd had a red warning light. I'd topped up with air, but thought I'd better get it checked.They checked it all over for me without delay, were thorough, reset my computer for me etc. and wouldn't take any payment.Cannot thank them enough for putting my mind at rest and being swift in taking care of it. Thank you!
