  It delivers on time, they give a 2 hour slot and always delivers your parcels on time

  Terrible service. Parcels go missing.No-one to speak to. Only email correspondence. They never respond to emails.

  Rubbish don't even deserve 1 star. Paid for items to be picked up, never showed another date given when then eventually bothered to email me back and still no show bearing in mind I had already paid nearly £9 for 3 parcels to be collected. Today 3 times lucky hopefully they will collect, but still waiting. Very poor.
