Went in on Sunday to buy euros. The person there was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Could not fault her customer service.Asked about where I was going and gave tips on where to go, thought that was very nice, others haven't been as informative when I've been to other money exchange places.Very friendly, definitely be going back. ?

I had a distressing experience with Eurochange when I fell ill shortly after ordering travel money. Despite notifying them immediately and explaining my hospitalisation, they callously refused a full refund and insisted on deducting a cancellation fee. This company demonstrates a complete lack of compassion and understanding for customers facing unforeseen, unavoidable circumstances. Beware of EuroExchange's exorbitant cancellation fees, as they prioritise profit over customer well-being.

Awful staff, visitedthis terrible place twice and on the last visit we went to spend £1000 to be told a second time they hadn't checked in a money delivery can't be bothered attitude went to the P.O got served easily and got extra money worth £100 from them awful staff just awful ?
