Ordered a mattress of these, great friendly customer service from start to finish. They were so great when arranging delivery and holding off as we didnt have the room until our new bed frame had come ordered from another company. The mattress is lush was definitely worth the money!

Had stairs and landing fitted with a good quality carpet, the staff were all friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Special thanks to Gary, who looked after us wonderfully, and also Nigel and son; the fitters.

Ordered a sofa 18 weeks ago this Friday with still no sign of the sofa after being told it would be only 10 weeks. Been left with no sofa for nearly 8 weeks now. 0 communication from anyone working there since we ordered, have to chase everything yourself, each member of staff lies and tells you different on the phone. Was told it would be delivered today so took the day off work, only to be told by a different man it would not be delivered today, he doesn?t know why I was told that, and I?ve now got to wait another 3 weeks. 21 weeks for a sofa!!!! Been refused any compensation at all and told I could just have a discount on any furniture purchases as if I would EVER buy from here again. Awful company do NOT buy from here.

If there was less than one star I would give minus stars for the awful customer service we had. We purchased a lamp from there, paid upfront. As there was no stock we were offered the display lamp for a reduced price. We asked for the remaining amount to be paid back but were told we can get something else or a credit note for future purchases. When we requested again for the remaining amount to be paid back we were told the lamp is not for sale any more. The managers tantrum was quite frankly unprofessional! Now awaiting the full refund.

Ordered our sofa chairs and console table friendly sales staff no pressure, was told 6 weeks but was ready in just over 3 weeks,arrived today great delivery team,unpacked and assembled the sofa and chairs,really pleased with the quality after making mistakes elsewhere with a much longer wait ie 5months,would recommend

Large shop all on ground floor. Bought a very good quality carpet. And very pleased with the fitting too. Very experienced good team. They have some very nice furniture too. Helpful staff. Will be my first choice of shop when I'm ready for another new carpet

Carpets are OK but the fitters were awful. The mess they left looked like someone had ripped open a duvet. There was about an inch of fluff including the hall. When I complained to the shop they just said oh sorry I'll speak them tomorrow. Not really good customer service. Also they were booked for 9-10am but rang to say they weren't coming till mid afternoon. Again the store weren't interested. Sadly I won't be returning

What a change scince I last visited. The display of beds, dining room and other furniture, sofas were stunning. Staff were extremely helpful and they have a good choice in vinyl flooring aswell as carpets and other floor coverings.Not a place I would have gone back to but as we were passing and needed some flooring we popped in and made a purchase.
