There was an amazing female staff member in there yesterday hello soon as you walked through the door. really friendly to everyone. It's an amazing serviceIt would be 5 stars, but I think the coffee machine needed some attention. Coffee wasn't great

Very disappointed, I road up to the petrol station took my helmet and gloves off and put on side and tried get petrol, but the guy at the seat said come to him I did, then says somthing about ?i need papers? so I said what is papers? Then I tried give him my bank card to do a peer pay or what ever he said no then I continued to try give car but then I tried give him £10 note he still says needs papers, at that point I am confused and after a little bit then gives in and takes £10 off me before I even got the petrol, tbh it?s disgusting how he was serving me still don?t know what papers means but yea I am sure to be putting in a complaint about the man never going back to esso again
