Very disappointed with the attitude here after thinking they had a good reputation. I had two keys cut this morning. ?Just bring them back if there?s a problem?, which I did, along with the lock my husband had to remove because the key got stuck in it. They attempted to get the key out and couldn?t. They asked if I?d like a refund on both keys. Of course, since I was now in a position where I needed a new lock as said keys wouldn?t fit. I expected them to pay for the new lock but they claimed it was a fault with the lock, not the key. What a coincidence!! I really did think they would say just bring the receipt in for the new lock and we?ll reimburse you. Out of good will? No, not having any of it. I will not be recommending them. Staff are pleasant until something goes wrong.

This Cobblers will sort out any Shoe repair, and have also "customized" Shoes to my requirements. They also have an "In House Locksmiths" for key cutting. They have assisted me so many times in the past, and when they were unable to, Have recommended people that could. I once locked my keys in the Car with the Engine running, They came out within the hour, My Partner washed my BMW key fob in the washing machine, They recommended someone who replaced it for half the price of the main dealer! I also locked myself out of my House, yet again, they recommended someone who came out within two hours. Great all round service. This Business is an asset to the local community. Keep up the good work ?

Apart from the main high street brand, I am not familiar with any other way to get a good shoe repair done. Apart from shoes, Eric's provide a fair range of key cutting options (including the oft very expensive remote fobs for cars) and trophies and engraving too.Their employees are knowledgeable and willing to help, and their services keenly priced.

Very disappointed as telephoned first to check the price of an approximate 2? square heel replacement.Was told between £8.50 - £10 only to make a special trip and then be told unapologetically £10.95.
