Very bad service and bad treatment. The employee and I agreed on 16 pounds unlimited and I made a contract for 24 months. When I used the service, it showed me in their program that it was only 50 GB. However, the internet is very slow, so much so that he cannot send a picture on WhatsApp.

So made a upgrade order to pick up in store my acoount name is my first and last name because my passaporte has all my middle names and my account name just has 1st and last didn't let me pick up think is horrible when can even open my account on my phone to prove knew everything about the account tell me have to wait 5 days to go back and will have to change name on the account ridiculous service will go for a different provider

How an earth did they take over an hour to sell me broadband that was 5 x slower than the broadband I already have at home without informing me upon the sale. Do better. Be transparent!

the store staffare incompetent or dishonest, I asked fora pay as you go phone fo my 86 year old mother and was told by one skinny young woman that you could only get a pay as you go for £10 a month and if you didn't use the £10 you lost it, which was a lie, as I went to their newcastle shop and was told you could get a pay as you sim with no restrictions like this, she was either incompetent or a liar, you be the judge

Just had an upgrade and replacement sim
Jake was fantastic
However one of the female member off staff left a customer to interrupt me whilst I was on the phone as I was walking in and out of the store and it was affecting there footfall counter
Common courtesy wait till I am of the phone or finish with your customer first
Just rude
If it was not for Jake I would have cancelled deal and gone elsewhere
I will be making a complaint with head office as manager did take my comments on board and said would speak to the staff member but unfortunately I did not see any apology

Absolutely ignorant and unprofessional staff
There is no mechanism of putting proper queue they just randomly pick and choose
I have been customer of ee since 2 years and among all retails this one is worst

Tried to ring the store before arriving and no answer. Got to the store all 3 female staffs were in the staff room having a natter while no staff on the shop floor. Then I approach the botox lady and she refused to help me with my plan. Said it wasn't her issue becuase another store had built my plan on my account. So then I went to explain I had tried to phone ee but couldn't get through so she presit tell me that I would have to wait for someone to pick up on customer service which I had already tired for 2 hours. And then basically told me it wasn't her problem and proceeded with her conversation in the back. I have been with ee for 5 years now and not once had an issue until now. EE YOU NEED BETTER STAFF IN HANLEY. Thankfully they have an amazing team in newcastle to help.

Unhelpful staff that are more interested in upgrading you at additional cost (and getting a bonus) than solving issues. I will be changing supplier at the end of my contract
