Just bought a new pillow from here and it had stains and hair on it . I said these should be brand new , the reply was sometimes we use them if the sample pillow is being used , this is disgusting. It was one of the dearest pillows they sell. So please check your purchase before leaving because it?s cost me a 28 mile journey and an hour of my time for their mismanagement of stock.
I just hope my £2600 mattress I?ve just ordered the same best be okay

We had a warm welcome on entry to the Stoke store and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable with a great customer service focus. Donald supported and directed us in getting the right mattress that suited us,he was lovely and professional. We highly recommend the store and the staff!!We now have a great mattress to look forward sleeping on!!

Amazing experience today with Andy, when arriving in store I was welcomed with a smile! I was offered a drink and asked what I was looking for.
Andy then talked me through the sleep match (which I thought was amazing!) and explained to me which mattress would be best!
When lying on the mattresses Andy offered me several pillows to try too, which is something I?ve never experienced before ?
I left the shop feeling very satisfied and can?t wait to receive my new mattress ? well done Andy at dreams 10/10 ???

Dina @ Dreams Stoke-on-Trent was incredibly patience and courteous in the whole process, where we did not felt rush and was comfortable throughout the process. Due diligence and attention to details was noticed throughout and couldn't recommend her more.

Mr Nixon was lovely he greeted us lovely.Did the sleep match showed us some mattresses the lady that worked with him made us all a coffee (sorry forgot you name) We order a Tempor cloud, and we will be coming back in a few weeks for some pillows. The transaction was very quick and mattress delivered in 2 days thought I'd have to wait a couple months. Great customer service and had a good laugh aswell with my mother in law would recommend Thank you

Andy was very helpful and very knowledgeable..
Such a friendly guy, we had gone to buy a new mattress and we knew we wanted another memory foam mattress but which one..
Andy talked us through all our options and we even had the mattress analysis which measures which mattress would suit your pressure point..
Would definitely recommend here..

First class customer service from Dina who?s excellent knowledge of products and empathetic nature was greatly appreciated when we took my elderly Mum to purchase a new mattress .
Dina?s interpersonal skills were excellent ensuring Mum thought about aspects of Mattresses and a good nights sleep.
