Food is always wrong! We have ordered from the tunstall branch 2 or 3 times and there has always been something wrong. We have been sent wrong pizza?s, had missing items or completely different from what we ordered and what does arrive is always poor quality either over cooked, burnt or hardly any toppings. I?m not sure how you can get a margarita wrong but just look at the photo attached there is hardly any cheese and a tiny amount of tomato base which makes it so dry! Whenever we call to tell them about our order they are so rude and unhelpful and have even lied to us last time by saying that they tried to call us to advise they were sending a different item but we had no calls. I?d asked for a refund on 1 occasion as I didn?t want to wait for them to make it again as they won?t remake the whole order so it?s hot to eat at the same time and they refused to refund and delivered another pizza over 30 minute later. We won?t order from here again now as they are so bad, would give 0 stars if possible.

I spent a fortune on Uber Eats for an order that never came. I rang the restaurant and even though they had accepted the order they said that they hadn't received it. Because they did their own delivery, Uber Eats had no more information. Uber Eats rang the restaurant several times and they ignored the calls. Even after the restaurant closed Uber Eats wouldn't believe me as delivery was still pending. I had to wait 24 hours for the order to lapse in order to get a refund.

Good pizza

Just got food from here I had cheese burger pizza with chips and wedges, pizza just tasted like a cheese and tomato pizza with barely any burger added to it. Chips was stale like they?ve just been warmed up in the microwave and the wedges was very very dry. Pizza was hot so seemed freshly cooked just didn?t seem like someone knew how to do a cheeseburger pizza! Not happy with the food at all waste of money. Wont order from here again.
