always order from this store, food is usally 10/10 with the occasional mishaps but nothing major, tonight (05/05/24, approx 2am) my food was delivered by ?neil?, after not receiving all of my order he was VERYYYYY quick to resolve the problem, he was polite and helpful when delivering, lovely lad and a credit to your team, he?s well deserving of a pay rise, i hope this gets passed onto him, thank you for your custom xxx

Totally useless and appalling customer service. Accidentally clicked on collection instead of delivery. Called them up, only option was a refund. They refused to send me a confirmation email for the refund, and simply said "the money will go back into your account." So, without a confirmation, I don't really know if I have received a refund or not. This has got to be illegal? This is the Dominos branch in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, by the way.
Awful customer service. No reassurance at all. On top of that, their deals are terrible. Any deal they offer you is always on collection only, or they make you spend more for it to be applicable. Dominos Pizza, much like Subway, is a relic of the 90s.
