Dreadful company. Said they'd called to collect the parcel but I was in all the time. No card left. No explanation. No way of knowing when they are actually going to come. Offered to take it to the depot.Very poor customer service.

A generous 1 star. The courier failed the attempts to deliver for 3 consecutive days which never happened in other services. The staff says it may deliver to the wrong address. But who is gonna tell them when their own customer service can?t get in touch with their courier? Customer paid the price and had to collect themselves at the depot, shocking service.

Oh no, you won't do that as you'd have to field too many complaints

Was surprised to be told my package needed to be opened before it could be returned to it's sender. I may as well have turned up with the paperwork and the item and got them to pack it as they destroyed the packaging I used.

Loads of parking spaces, EV chargers and disabled spots close to the doors at the far end. Small reception area, with space to package.Staff were helpful, fast and reprinted my shipping label and repackaged my shipment for me. Excellent work on their part.
