Customer Services is none existent!
Had to chase staff around the shop just so I could purchase a tablet.
When you call the shop for general enquiries it's a looped message.
No one bothers to answer!!!

Recieved outstanding service today from Steve in the tech department. I was very stressed following been hacked on several emails.Steve was very knowledgeable and extremely patient .He checked my devices and gave me the reassurance that I needed.He also installed security software. I just wish I had accessed his help sooner it would have alleviated alot of distress.

Left disappointed. Made the trip to find a pair of sturdy wired headphones. All were wireless, flimsy, or ridiculously expensive; and often a combination of the three.

good shop always clean and tidy there's plenty to choose from you can get almost all electrical items here i sometimes call in to look around staff are helpful when you can find one,some items are online only there's a good selection of and price options for most items, I buy most of my electrical goods here there's also payment options available.

A very large superstore, but absolutely crap service, purchased tv online, collected instore but was faulty, contacted cust service who said return it to store, but store would not give me refund, despite staff confirming tv was faulty.
contacted cust services again while instore, then store staff and customer service staff blaming each other for not following procedure. No manager came to assist. Spent 3hrs at store.
Eventually got a refund sorted out, following day,
Then selected another tv, and they have entered Wrong delivery address. so doing another trip to store to sort this issue out now.
Never again using this store or recommending them to anyone....

Bought LG washing machine 11/22. Drum failed June 2025. Curry's shifty complaints dept advised they are ordered not to refer to rights arising under Consumer Rights Act 2015 UNLESS CUSTOMER RAISES IT FIRST!!!! HOW ABOUT THAT FOR AN OUTFIT WHICH DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
