I was there in the afternoon. We found everything perfect and sounds. The team DYLAN, GIO, LUCY and SHAUNA were superb,they make us feel warm welcome .There was a good team effort. Every single customer in the store was happy. Well done to all of you. Keep it up. And keep smiling.100 out of 100 ?s.

Really great and friendly service from the guys over the counter. Very clean inside, drinks made just right and nothing s been rushed. Very pleasant experience.

Arrived at the store at 19:50. Doors were closed and the drive through shut.
The closing times on the door say 8pm.

Came in to buy coffee and the Staff were busy talking to eachother on the radios. Work should be fun but not at the expense of customers time waiting to pay for a product will definitely not go back to that particular store.

Walked to Longton Costa last night to pick up a takeaway coffee whilst exercising with friends. The hours on the door state that it was open until 9. At 8.30 the door was locked, and when we challenged this we were told it was only the drive thru that is open at this time. There is nothing online or on the door that states this. Come on Costa, either advertise your hours properly, or else deal with the staff that are locking up before time.

We came at 18:46 on Sunday to buy some takeaway coffee. They said that they are closed and can?t let us in because of insurance reasons. But it says it works till 19:00 on the door
