No one actually seems to serve in here anymore. It?s all self service. I was in a queue and the person behind me got served before me because they wanted cigarettes whilst I was directed to the self-serve tills. Where are all the staff? Can?t be right a lone female working in the shop on her own!

As convenience stores go, this is a gem. It has a huge range of quality products and the store staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

ordered many times, yeah have had problems but not like today. customer service is terrible, no means of conversation. order late by 15 minutes, no apology. disgraceful

Having been in the store while a male was stealing items, I can only applaud the staff for dealing with that male as they did. To reiterate his bravery in challenging his behaviour, considering his violent reactions, the male worker was right to make sure he wouldn?t leave the store without returning the items to where they belonged. Removing these types of characters from local stores, thinking that they have a right to take whatever they want, is a refreshing thing to see.

This is the third time I've ordered from this Co-Op for delivery and they haven't picked my order correctly. It's not the delivery drivers fault, the bags are fastened with the receipt on, clear as day and yet items are always missing. They never update the order so I can receive my refund through the third party, they seem to keep my money and the products for themselves. The last order I placed was FOUR items long and they still didn't pack everything. Apparently 3 items is where they draw the line...

It's a small but well formed Co-op, plenty of product selection for most things, fresh, frozen fruit or veg. It's rare I can't get what I need from here apart from English muffins, I have to go to Tesco express for those. The staff are very good here and work hard so you don't have to queue look if at all even at busy times.My favourite thing about this store though is the hot food cabinet by the door, some of the stuff they sell in here is Grade A! Particularly the Sausage, Bean & Cheese slice, it's 60p cheaper than Greggs l, it's actually got unlike Greggs and has a properly good amount of Sausage in it!Co-op please listen get these hot food cabinets to every store immediately you need to show Greggs how it's done! ?

My daughter called for bananas yesterday as i cannot get out they are all black inside had to throw the whole bunch away should never have been put on sale. Wont be using the coop again. If there was nil rating that would be my option

Beyond shocking! It is not acceptable to advertise offers on the shelves, and charge full price for the item at the till. Today was the third time this has happened to me at this store, and it's the final straw. Clear lack of either intelligence or integrity, either way I will not be returning. If you do have to go here, be sure to check your receipt before you leave.
