located in the middle of town, boots is a massive store with two floors. boots has a great range of cosmetics, toiletries etc. but the lift in there is a pain, it takes a long time to open and is very small, not very good considering the size and the amount of customers that go in there. the staff are very nice and helpful.

The Boots store in Hanley is large and very well stocked with many items ranging from medicines to electrical goods. The store is very well laid out with large, clear signs showing which floor and isles different items are on. Most of the items are reasonably priced however if you shop around at other stores (E.g. Wilkinsons or Bodycare) then you can get many of the items such as perfume, deodorant, razor blades etc for a little less. One big advantage boots have over the competition is the ability to collect points on your purchases which can be redeemed for money off future purchases. They also tend to have a lot of special offers, especially around Christmas time with many gifts on 3 for 2 or extra points.

boots at hanley got all you needed for babies stuff to good pefumes, and etc. only thing i can say negative is the lift that takes down for the baby department which i think not so convinent especially having to que.

boots chemist is brillant they have good stock in all the time and the staff are at hand if you need there advise about diffrent types of medication. They do diffrent programs and help and support you throughn them . They do there own make in medications which is cheaper then the leading brand and you can even still use you advantage card which is great as you are saving money as well as making it back . The store is spotless and the security is great which has its advantages when it comes to kids pratting about . The ques are kept to a low so its less time waiting

This pharmacy is always very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, and very helpful. They will always order stuff in if they are out of stock. They also try to keep waiting time to a minimum. They are always well stocked and have lots of special offers on.

good, helpful staff who will phone around for you if they dont stock your prescription. Shelves are always well stocked and the pharmacist is on hand to help out with health concerns. There are always a series of offers on, as well as reduced items shelf which you have to cheap your eye open for as you can pick up a real bargain. Although a little expensive, its another option for picking up your dinner as it almost always has a meal deal of some kind on.

very helpful staff. always smiling very pleasant and willing to help whatever the situation. if by any chance or for any reason that they haven't got what you need they will tell you when to expect it in or they will also recommend where to go to require said item.

the staff in this pharmacy are very friendly,and are very helpfull and informative if you have any questions.they are always very busy in here,but always inform you of how long your wait will be.they always great you with a friendly smile,and if your on long term medication do medication reviews with you every year,giving you the chance to inquire about anything.
