The staff become very rude after an error on there behalf. It's always been cheap and cheerful the foods the same as its always been. Having said that probably would go again

Had another lovely breakfast at the Chatterley,
Becky our server was really pleasant, if you've not been yet I would recommend you try it. Really pleasant atmosphere and the breakfast was really nice. Becky was really friendly and helpful

We asked for a table in a corner due to our daugher having high social anxiety and the tabke we were given was absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding and everything was exactly as we ordered even though there was 7 of us nothing was too much trouble. The meal was booked for my Sons 15th birthday meal, it was his choice to come to the venue as he loves the robot that helps to serve. The staff also fetched out a Birthday cake for our Son and sang him Happy Birthday. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We had breakfast with Santa and it was absolutely brilliant! Organised fantastically and made it extremely magical for the children. The staff did a great job !

Had a Christmas dinner today and was disappointed the whole meal was cold,gravy was lumpy, turkey wasn't carved turkey and carrots were raw. The roast potatoes were that dry you couldn't get your fork into them .Very disappointed
