Always got the perfect card, staff friendly at the longton shop and it's very clean and tidy with plenty of room between the aisles. Card prices very good.

Went in today and was served by a lovely man (long blonde hair) didnt get his name! But he was the most pleasant person i have come across! I forgot to pick up a banner i had paid for and left the shop. He came after me just to give me the banner! Really appreciated this! Its becoming very rare to meet someone who wants to give you good customer service.

Shocking as there was a queue inside the shop to pay the hold up was a little girl didnt have enough money to pay for her stuff and the youngish man paid half of it when the mother was standing outside the card factory it was it the worset ever the mother wearing pink jacket on with her daughter and while the other daughter was in the shop paying didnt bouer to say anything ( like have you got enough money ) ??Totally Shocking last year keeped people wait in the queue to pay for the stuff??

Absolutely brilliant! Got back from a.trip needed balloons for my wifes birthday. Only place open on a Sunday. Other shops said there were! The two staff were amazing! Helped me choose then the balloons were inflated designed with ribbons and weights and packed. They were so helpful. Thank you so much. 10 stats out of five!!!!!

Went in this week for kids party invitations and they didn't stock them with been a smaller shop so I asked a lady who worked there where I could get some from and she kindly go me some delivered to the shop the next day witch saved me alot of time going to one of the other card factory's very helpful and kind
