Me and partner usually order from Burger King, because even though the burgers are definitely not worth the price, we really enjoy the sides like the chilli bites, onions rings e.c.t However this one time we decided to go after work and headed to the restaurant as I work around the corner. As soon as i walked in, it was disgusting! The restaurant was empty, but NO table was clean. My partner went to order while I managed to clean a table off myself, just enough to be able to sit down. We waited for about 15 minutes for the food and ended up using the bags the food came in as table clothes so the food didn't have to touch the table. My partner then realised they missed some of our food and had to go back up to the counter, but had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged him waiting. Eventually we sat down to eat, but while we were eating an unfortunate man came in and walk around the restaurant on some for of drugs, he was talking to himself and shouting and the restaurant didn't call anyone to get him removed. We became that uncomfortable that we decided to leave, which by the time we packaged all our food up the man was sat by the door inhaling Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) in which he was burping and spitting. As much as i know this isn't the staffs fault they didnt seem in any hurry to get this man removed from the restaurant, they just acted like he wasn't there. This has definitely put me off having a burger king for while and especially from this restaurant.

Fast service and great food! Recommend using the app and taking advantage of the deals as it's alot more affordable

Disgusting, the whole place was dirty and cold. Tables were not wiped. The toilets were dirty with ancient cobwebs behind the doors. The eating area was freezing as the doors didn?t close properly.

How much better is Burger King to McDonalds? Yet we can't get one in Crewe and we have 3 or 4 others. It is so much nicer and as well priced!

Probably the most miserable fast food place I've been recently. Dining area dirty, very cold, interior falling apart. I would give 5 stars for service as staff were very friendly but with a handful of customers in the place should be spotlessly clean. We came to eat with the kids but with only one fairly clean table we've spotted we decided to grab the order and eat at home instead. Will stay away and use BK in Talke instead, much nicer.

Staff were ok and food good, but the dining area was awful. Not clean and bins over flowing. This is basic stuff and takes five minutes to wipe a table down. It makes a customer wonder about the stake of the kitchen where the food is prepared.

Disgusting place, bins overflowing, tables full of rubbish and surfaces dirty enough to blacken a serviette. Like a 3rd world road side cafe. Food was very good though, just don't touch anything.
