Went in to pick up an order no clear signage as to where to pick up so went in the que for self serve tills. Finally told I had to go to a desk by the tills. There were two staff on very busy because people on the self serve needed help these checkouts not fit for purpose. The member of staff them shouted if anyone else was there for pick up when she was dealing with me, there were about six people so she then took all their details as a job lot, I explained I had a medical condition which means I could not stand for long so could she just get my order as I was first, she wasn't bothered so I had to wait while she fetched all the other orders I was in there 20 mins ridiculous, I will be buying from elsewhere in the future.

We spoke with Laura from Festival Park in Stoke on Trent so impressed. Excellent customer service. She invited me and my friends to live model make up with MAC brand. So nice experience and lovely, especially with free bag of goods worth £60. Thank you Laura. See you soon. Christopher, David and Alice. If your ever in Boots at Festival Park always ask for Laura as she knows so much about the makeup and beauty products, she inspire me to use Bobby Brown products and now use them every day. Her knowledge and sales on the perfume section is also very vast, really knows the type of fragrance your after and history of the brands.

I have waited in pain for 30 minutes, a prescription as the ?person in charge ? was not available , however another customers been served in meantime . Very poor customer service

I went to the store to get some photos printed which I did and then went to get some crisps and chocolate. The tills are all self service with only a couple accepting cash. There was a bit of a queue but when I went to scan the items, one of them wouldn't scan, saying something about the voucher had not been accepted (didn't know what that was all about as had no voucher) so I waited for the assistant who was very busy and stressed with queries about the other machines and in the meantime, another customer was saying how ridiculous the self service kiosks were which I quite agree with. Manned tills are much more customer friendly and quicker than customers doing it themselves and encountering problems. Bad decision from the management to have it all like this.

A very nice store with lots of budget and high end makeup & skincare. A massive range of fragrances. They don't seem to stock the latest drops on the budget make-up, I went in today for the Revolution Skin Tint & NYX lip plumps because I had a gift card for Christmas but not stocked, I can understand the Skint Tint but the NYX has been out a while - they are stocked in the Superdrug a few stores up though. Not much space around the till area either felt very much on top of each other.
I know this can't be helped but the baskets don't make sense to me I had two concealers and they kept falling through the wire which just made me get more frustrated as most concealers are the same shape and size.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No-one could help with the photo machine, all they could say was it doesn't belong to us.
