Experience overall was awful I come to to collect a emergency prescription (due to chemist screwing up my medication) to recieve a what I'm understanding as a telling off for attempting to collect my prescription got all of this on video aswell btw ?

Went today and they had the most miserable person on tills, she even dropped the scanner on my hand and didn't even say sorry. She was proper rude as well. I mean they say don't quit your day job, I think she needs too. I will disclose her name as I am not a name shame person.

Awful customer service they do not take you as human. They quickly assume that you?re stealing so they stand literally 20 cm away from you and stare at you while you?re shopping and choosing a product and don?t forget do not ask them. Why are you staring at me if I?m not doing anything, because if you will, you will get banned and also for being a human expressing your emotions because they actually got you upset you?ll get banned forever so be careful.

Went Christmas shopping here lots of choice also mothercare baby cloths are there to which was amazing. The assistants was really good help us would recommend and I'll be back to do some more Christmas shopping
