Bought a curtain from B&M, it was a bit short on the widths, but they have changed it a week later without any fuss, also it was a bargain price as well, happily going back shopping again.

It's alright, all the B&M's are the same really, ya go in looking for some cheap bits and walk out with bags of stuff you didn't know ya needed after spending more than you wanted to lol.

I bought Christmas Garland today. I dissapointed for the prices. I checked the prices on website, normally they were £20 but now £12. I got from Leicester store 4 of them yesterday and price was same with the website. ? bought 4 same garland today from Hanley store. they were £25 each but now £20. I had shock! I am thinking, B&M is the professional company in UK and how they are doing this?

Just an above average sized B&M store. You might not find everything a B&M has to offer here, but you can still find a lot of stuff.

Did'nt have much of a wait. Lady on the till was lovely and friendly. Shame some of the customers behind us did'nt have manners. One, a Chinese bloke kept barging into my relative who was behind me resulting in me being knocked forward over mytrolley. So bad mannered and impatient the Chinese are. Always pushing in to front of the queue despite seeing people in front of them. I make them wait and take my time. I don't mind letting someone go in front of they only have couple of items, but not if they are rude and pushing into us. A lot if people are well mannered and say thank you. He did't even thank the cashier when it was his turn. Arrogant he was staff should'nt have to put up with bad behaviour. Always treat them with respect I do and they appreciate it.

Such a lovely way to spend a day with friends. Gardens and café are accessable and welcoming. There are events throughout the year including family fun and evening concerts. The gardens are illuminated at Christmas and there's usually an Octoberfest and Halloween event too. There is a shopping village set in log cabins and a large indoor area with lots of places to eat or for coffee.

Great shop , the only issue is the lack of staff on the counter. Long waiting in a single line for counter its not easy for people woth childrens like me but still had great variety of product
