Prescriptions are always wrong. They never answer phone but tell you ring back. They say prescriptions are ready to pick up and you get there it's not even been looked at never mind put up ready. Not just this chemist there all the same from what i hear

Berating staff for asking a valid question, about whether they have any none POM medicine in to sell in front of other staff and customers is unprofessional and bullying.Absolutely appalling.

Wait forever to get a prescription, one member of staff on counter and very rarely get a text to say prescription is ready this is after one week of waiting ,rubbish chemist

Poor service. Yet again ordered medication which wasn?t supplied when required. When asked for an emergency supply was told to phone 111. Did this and 111 have said the chemist should supply emergency medication, Chemist won?t supply emergency medication and tells me to phone 111. Now left with no medication whatsoever, again! Appalling service and I won?t be using you again. Thanks for leaving me with no medication at all. Good job it?s not important oh wait a minute, it is!Absolutely useless.

They always get you prescription right , but you can tell how long your going to be waiting, the system for prescription s is terrible, when you tell them your name they then proceed to go through a pile of prescriptions which isn?t in alphabetical order , then have to get the chemist to sign it off.Or the prescription has a numbered ticket on it and then they have to look for that in the vast shelves, would be so much easier if the shelves where in alphabetical order and the prescription on that shelve, I know they are very busy as a chemist but they do need a better system. I waited half an hour for a lot of antibiotics the last time I went time before 20 mins , time before 5 mins . Staff are very nice though
