Excellent experience, first time shopping in store and would definitely use again! Customer service was second to none, no pressure to buy anything, you weren't constantly hassled as you browsed the store and when we were ready to purchase the service and advice we received was great and we even brought more than we originally intended.

Having received a call advising an arrival time, Kim and Kieron arrived slightly earlier and were friendly and courteous when greeting me. While Kieron got the items ready on the van, Kim asked to view where the bed was going, to ensure they brought everything in, through a clear passage, and that it all went into the bedroom in the correct orientation.They then both unloaded the items from the van, carried them upstairs and assembled the bed.All the packaging was removed and the old mattress bagged up and put onto the van.Kim then showed the operation of the bed (divan storage) and how to clean the headboard and divan with the additional piece of the material.Both were friendly and courteous throughout, knew exactly what they were doing, and removed all waste, and answered any questions I had confidently. 10/10.Many thanks Kim and Kieron.The bed is exactly as it should be, and we have slept well since its arrival
