15 weeks and counting for a simple sale, not good enough in my eyes. Lots of blaming solicitors etc. I obviously know nothing so very easy to fabricate and blame others. I'm left paying the bills and mortgage. No comeuppance for estate agents or solicitors. Something has to change legally to protect home owners!

Fuss Free management for Landlords. Have worked with Belvoir Newcastle-under-Lyme for a number of years now. Tenancy change overs are fast and done with meticulous timing. Any issues that crop up during a tenancy are sorted out by them in double quick time. The team at Belvoir are always on hand and give a great service.

My daughter rents a property from Belvoir, she has been unable to use her front door for at least 6 months, Belvoir have been informed of this on several occasions, the last handyman they sent out to fix the problem hadn't got a clue, this is a fire hazard & needs sorting immediately.

We recently started renting through Belvoir. The whole process was very straightforward from viewing the property to rental checks and approval. Honestly the most professional estate agents we've dealt with while renting. We have even been allowed to keep our pets, at the landlords digression.
