Needs a revamp and staff were harassed and unhappy. Management team need to think about how this affects customer service. Buy them all an ice cream for goodness sake! Your company can afford it.
Gosh, left that review a few years ago in a heat wave. I'd say it's improved since then, got a smile out of staff today, though it was a bit quiet on a Tuesday afternoon in the rain, so they had more time. Managed to get everything I wanted too, which is always the best test of any shop.

Helpful and friendly staff. They appear to have most items that the ordinary DIYer or tradesman would require. Probably the most picturesque B&Q outlet I've ever visited!

I recently visited the B&Q Talk Pits location and found it to be quite a mixed experience. While the store is relatively small, it is packed with a variety of products, making it a great place for those in need of home improvement supplies.
The compact size means that finding specific items can be a bit challenging, as the layout can feel a bit cramped at times. However, the diverse range of products available compensates for this; it?s impressive how much they manage to fit into the space.
Overall, if you're looking for a quick stop to pick up essentials for your DIY projects, B&Q Talk Pits is worth a visit. Just be prepared for a cozy shopping experience!

Showed stock on web site, non in store, yet again. B&Q showed stock and Wicks showed stock as well as other items i was getting, i chose B&Q because it was 5 minutes closer. Then spent 25 minutes looking for what they didn't have, Again. This trip was after not going to B&Q for this reason
