Terrible place, needed disabled parking of which there was plenty but nowhere near the entrance, couldn't find what we needed, asked a member of staff who wasn't sure only to find out they had no stock, this is the second visit to this store on the last occasion looking for a different item that they had run out of, annoyingly the Web site says in stock.

Popped in to look at a fire and fireplace my wife had seen?.. met Pete the plumber/heating/all round superstar and after 30 mins I was £1300 poorer :-) above average experience and absolutely outstanding customer service experience

Best local B&Q nice and big with free parking but it doesn?t always have everything i want

Need to bring back proper tills.
Everyone just stands groaning at the self check outs whilst staff stand and watch.
As of today there 5/10/24 their were four standing around whom could have easily beem on some tills.
People could also easily pay with actual cash then as well.

Just moved to the area and visited this B&Q for the first time, it's absolutely massive!
It has everything and more, you will get your daily step quota in on a visit.
The staff are so helpful and happy, even for a Monday morning.
