Visited store to purchase a sander. Experience in store was great. Store assistant Andy F was very professional and knowledgeable of the product I was buying. He advised me on what product would be best for me and even informed me of PPE (goggles and masks). Thank you for the great customer service.

Older bloke smoking right now by the trolley bay which is right next to the doors at the front. Surely there is a dedicated smoking area away from public trying to obtain a trolley?

Had paint mixed turned put wrong no fault of anyones. Went back and spoke with Lisa at Etruria B&Q and she was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us to rectify the problem. Knew her colours too expert. Cant thank her enough

Popped in to get some paint, I noticed I'd seen it advertised cheaper at Wickes however, when I mentioned this to Rob at checkout he called Adam over who checked the price comparison and with no hesitation matched the lower price.
