I've never been to a bad Aldi. It's all about that middle aisle. Like a lucky dip where you may come across a great pair of cheap walking boots, a reduced multi pack of toilet rolls, a years supply of Clarityn or leads to jump start your car. Everything you need if you're a swinger going camping for the weekend. (Which, by the way, I'm not)

Used the self checkout...big mistake! Small items ie chilli mix and cheese sauce mix didn't get recognised in the bagging area! Had to have assistance 4 times to get the shopping through and felt exasperated at the end...on the positive side staff had a smile and attentive each time. Could do with identified self checkout member of staff though as poor till girl was up and down like a......
