Clean in side but my god the people on the tills was grumpy.. in saying that she was taking nice to the people in frount of me then the face change I said hi she sharply said hi to the point I had to get my own receipt and she didn?t say bye thought rude

Needs a management refresh , and the self service till staff to help when things go wrong or need the age confirming , needs completely to be completely ,changed I'm in the shop daily and it's clear it's been assumed as odd behaviour , but my main mode of transport is bicycle .I've had some really strange cues of late in this shop from the staff and I can only put that down to poor management .or just poor behaviour and attitude typical of Stoke on Trent in general.

Just your standard Aldi only disappointing thing is that Aldi have gone down the route of installing self checkouts. Refuse to use them!
