The whole place is shocking!There was a hair in my food, which was black and obviously the workers. The food has been cold several times from alladins & not once did we get an apology. All they did was moan and it really isn't good enough.They are now refusing to send fresh food out because we've complained 3/4 Times..????. Sorry that YOUR food is cold.... 1045pm we ordered and it's 12.21am and we're still waiting for fresh food.Very rude.If you want to get a good star rating, listen to your customers, reflect and then you'll improve!!!!!!! Shocking.

I called to ask when I can expect my order and the person on the other end of the line just said sorry and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional behaviour, no compensation given for a near 2 hour wait for 4 items. If you can't handle it when it's busy then you shouldn't be doing deliveries at all. I expect compensation.

This place is terrible, waiting over 75 minutes for a £15 delivery and the driver didn?t even turn up. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Poor poor service.
