I was reluctant to rent out my property but Neil and his staff have been excellent in their service in that I have no issues with the rental management and payment of rent has always been on time. I would highly recommend them for managing rental property.

These are my current letting agents and I have had a few. These are by far the best.They are really professional and friendly. Neil and the other staff are really helpful and have great communication. They have gone above and beyond to help me out when I have been locked out. They also are great at sorting out any issues with your flat and keep them well maintained. Highly recommend.

I rented a property with Your Move Stafford for 3 years. During this time they were professional in that any issues with the property were addressed and dealt with immediately. The staff were approachable and proactive. I higly recommend and if necessary would rent through them again without hesitation.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We have relocated from Bristol so lots of stress and organising. Karl was professional and courteous from the start. Neil was empathic and organised. We have tried other estate agents and these were by far the best. They are also a step in front of other EAs as they donâ??t charge fees. I would recommend them to anyone and hope to use them in the near future.

Unprofessional, rude and just awful service. Our move in date was put back because of them costing us money. They didn't inform the water company of us moving in so we had it cut off. They didn't send us contracts that we payed for, plus a multitude of other errors. Do not use.
