I simply cannot thank Ellis and Emma in this shop enough - they are a credit to the company they represent. It took 3 hours in total, over three visits, to sort an issue with my partner?s contract and services to their phone. Unlike ringing Vodafone Customer Service, who told me it was a problem with my handset, Ellis and Emma persevered in store and resolved the issue. They deserve recognition for this. Thank you so much ?

Went in for an upgrade as been with Vodafone for 7+ years hoping to get a good offer, how wrong was I??? The guy quote me as if I was a new customer ? & on the Vodafone App it was offered me a 15% off the airtime ONLY. Online by Mobiledirect was £15/month cheaper, less upfront and only 24Months. Vodafone is ripping ppl off, no wonder why retail is dying, cheaper to go shopping online. Don't even start me off when he said how about a SIM ONLY £15/m for 5GB on 24M? online just £9/m for 20GB on a 12M only haha ?? Won't let me post zero ?
