Been this Saturday to buy some planks of wood. You guys have a lad called Matt in the yard. He's probably the most useless tool in your toolbox. He said he's not allowed to touch the wood planks and I must chose them. Otherwise the young lady in the office is spot on.

Difficult...when it's good it can be very good. It's not always good. Let down on delivery times a few times, also, don't trust that it's in stock just by the website. Ring.
