I came into the shop and was greeted by Marv. I had a problem with my car key and had no idea what I was asking for. Marv was very patient and politely explained to me the best options for my situation. He gave me plenty of time and advice and I walked away a happy customer ?

Some of the staff was amazing, others not so much. Had to return to them 4 times as the key wouldn't work in the lock. But on the 4th visit the staff member gave us four different keys to try. Waiting area could be bigger, fairly busy most of the time. Prices are a little steeper than you would like, but your paying for the name I guess
