I visited the shop out of sheer frustration with the offshore call centre. Prior to the visit, I had spent a lot of time on the phone to Mumbai trying to explain the issue I was having with my mobile broadband signal and requesting a specific upgrade. Although friendly, the staff couldn't offer much help or expertise regarding my broadband signal problems.
I was about to give up, but then I visited Alastair at the Stafford branch. What can I say? He provided me with the exact solution I needed and prevented Three from losing a long-term customer. Alastair and his colleagues are a credit to Three, and in the future, I'll be going there directly and not calling Three.
A big thank you to the highly effective Three (Stafford branch) team.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated by the service. Its been over a month but Im still waiting for my business account's mobile device and sim cards to be delivered to me. The store tell you to phone the online team but the online team tell you to phone the store as the store placed the order. Spent 4 hours being tossed between the 2 which means these people are clueless at what they do so think twice before trying to open a business line in store. Go straight online for your own peace of mind!!!

I have been so impressed by the service at the Stafford branch. Both Michael and Mark were so helpful in sorting out the problem with my Samsung phone,they are both an asset to the shop and company. I cannot recommend the branch enough.
