I have been so impressed by the service at the Stafford branch. Both Michael and Mark were so helpful in sorting out the problem with my Samsung phone,they are both an asset to the shop and company. I cannot recommend the branch enough.

Decided to go to the store to change my Huawei rather than use the phone service. Not very good experience. Then used the phone service. The adviser was very good and a phone arrived at 8 the following morning. Strongly recommend 3 mobile.

Excellent.Helpful manager and staff who transferred my number and data from Windows 10 phone to a new nano SIM for iPhone. I would hve found this challenging but the person who did it (Tasha) was knowedgeable and knew exactly what to do.Whilst I was there I was impressed by all the staff, they listened carefully to customers and were actively assisting customers with a variety of needs. People were going away happy!In my opinion visiting a store where the staff know what they are doing, really try to help customers and are not solely focussed on new sales (as some other phone Companies are) builds both customer confidence and loyalty.Beyond the store, in my experience the 3 network is strong and reliable - and offers excellent value for money.
