A busy, clean and well presented hotel offering us a great value stay.
Friendly and helpful staff really added to the experience.
It's quite special having breakfast while canal boats are passing by the window on the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal.
Village side of the hotel quiet.
Rooms clean and well equipped.

Had a fantastic wedding day experience recently. Staff were amazing, hotel setting was fab couldn?t fault anything. Big thank you to the night staff for their care and attention they gave due to an unforeseen event. Thanks to their quick thinking and attentiveness the outcome was good. X

Didn't stay there, but had lunch there. It was just like a public bar, I had lamp chop, there was more bone than meat. It was hotel prices, in a bar with flies flying around us and the food. Won't be going back.

Stayed overnight before a friend's wedding. Lovely spacious comfortable room. Bar food excellent with outstanding service. Have already booked a second visit!

We were staying over for a wedding. We were able to have a dog friendly room which was excellent. Only downside unable to use the bath/shower as not able to climb into bath but worked around it. Breakfast good choices only not as hot as l would have liked.

Room was a good size but the bed was not overly comfortable and the pillows flat. It was clean and breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from the motorway and a pleasant setting.
