Just had my food delivery cancelled with no reason why. I know the fridges and freezers have been causing issues because of the weather and was told some of it might not be delivered but now I don't have any of it. I've been working all day so I was relying on the delivery. It's not good enough especially as I was told to rebook it but with this short notice there's no slots available.

I?d just like to thank Luke a member of shop floor staff who helped me out this Saturday. Such a nice person who suggested he?d help before I even asked. He deserves a treat for doing his job in a very professional way with a smile and concern for me. Thanks Luke

Summer is here! My online order was cancelled because of the freezer/chilled cabinets/power problems. FINE! BUT!!! My order only had a few of those items (probably less than 5% of the value of the order. Could be time to do the online shopping elsewhere.

The store screams of mismanagement, leaving the shopper to even wonder whether the store has a manager. Poor scanning apparatus, discarded cardboard trollies blocking aisles, copious amounts of internet shoppers blocking product access to name just a few issues. Teso if they have one need to have a secret shopper to see this store.

I just want to thank the two most amazing helpful ladies on the garden/fresh flower section of the store. They were helpful beyond their job role and restored my faith in people wanting to be kind because that is what makes them happy. They know who they are as they helped me take the prices off 16 bunches of flowers and put them in individual bags so I didn't have to struggle. Both have been loyal employees for 40yrs so they tell me . They are credit to the store and a valuable asset, understanding what true customer satisfaction is. Thank you ladies, I hope you get the recognition you deserve. From a very appreciative and happy customer ?

Most of the time (2x per week) , I am doing click and collect and all the time when I come to the click and collect section, the staff were very friendly and helpful. If I have a problem with a item or so that happens very rarely, they are eager to help.
I am going in to the store from time to time. Never had an issue inside the store, always friendly staff with clean environment.

This is a great store with helpful, polite staff. Always willing to assist. Shelves are always well stocked, and the store is clean and tidy. Just one issue. Your security staff. No, just one, to be honest. He stands by the security station in his cap and looks at every customer as if their a thief. He's intimidating and menacing. Not just my views. I mentioned it to a number of my friends, and I'm not the only person to think this. Yes, i know he had a job to do, and yes, he does have to keep alert. But it's a supermarket, not a high security prison. I feel guilty every time I visit the store when he's on the desk !!!! His manner, the look he gives you, it's not nice. AT ALL he doesn't stand behind his station, he stands beside it. I, for one, am thinking of shopping elsewhere

I just want to thank the delivery drivers .. they go above and beyond.. they bring in the trays and help unpack . I have Parkinson's so my husband has to unpack our shopping. The drivers are wonderful. Thanks to all

Absolutely disgusting toilets. Went today, needed the loo mid shop, found both male cubicles in disrepair. One toilet had no seat, the others seat was hanging off. Both cubicles unclean. I reported it to staff and they said yeah they'd had other reports of the state of them. I reported it to customer services and we'll see next week if they have been repaired. Felt like I needed a shower afterwards. In these days of Norovirus you'd think they would take infection control seriously. We'll see.
I note a similar complaint a year ago online regards the toilets being in disrepair. Disgusting!
