I was interested in getting a new phone and asked if the iPhone 12 or 13 was in stock.The woman working in the tesco mobile section told me they had barely any phones in stock at all, as they have many issues with DPD, who keep losing/not delivering their shipments.She said my best bet was to look online instead, but to still beware of DPD.That was the only help or advice she was willing to offer us, asking no questions or trying to help beyond that.She did not want to speak to us about what phones we were interested in at all, or offer any advice or recommendations.It felt as if we were being declined the option to purchase a phone in store, and if we were to purchase online, we would have issues with delivery.It's a shame, as I have been with tesco mobile for a long time and bought numerous phones through tesco mobile over the years, but my local store has pretty much told me to go elsewhere.
