I had a delightful shopping experience in superdrug Stafford, a young assistant called Lauren was so helpful whilst I was looking for a new foundation. She helped me compare different brands, even looking them up on Internet. I have found in the past young shop assistants tend to overlook older customers but this young woman went above and beyond. I hope she gets to read this because she's a little star.

I don?t usually leave bad reviews, but I am actually just shocked at the awful customer service on the tills. I was served by a lady with dark hair, not once did she even make eye contact with me let alone greet me, after putting my products down she scanned them, the whole time while speaking through her headset to her co worker across the shop! She handed back my products and said nothing and carried on having a chat on her headset. Honestly just a strange experience and an extremely strange atmosphere the staff have created.

I recently purchased some max factor makeup items and absentmindedly left them on the counter at the Stafford store. I returned the next day and explained showing my receipt and the young lady went and got me the items no questions asked! Not sure of her name but lovely customer service!!
