First thing in the morning and the place is filthy, and the food is shocking aswell as the staff member that was working. The ?stacked bacon? sub we ordered was far from what it?s advertised, to the point I left it with the man.

Ordered meatballs with cheese and on the way home i went to eat one. They were lukewarm, so i didn't want to risk getting ill from them so they went in the bin. The man also toasted my roll and i didn't ask for that.

First time I have ever had subway in a while after a bad experience at another location, the lady working today was absolutely wonderful! Explain everything to me and let me try samples, she deserves a very special thank you for subway! I will be going again as she was so wonderful, my sandwich was delicious and made with heart and care!

Sam is a credit to you. Always polite-never gets our order wrong and makes sure we are happy with the food before we leave. We don?t go to any other sandwich shop because he is the best of the best!

Bad customer service, ordered through Uber eats and because of the confusing layout didn?t put any salad or sauce I phoned the store only 2 minutes after ordering and they refused to put salad on my sandwich and so I paid £15 for a plain tuna sandwich, should have just walked to a supermarket and got a meal deal

Ordered through Uber eats. Simple tuna salad double meat and 3x cookies. Cookies were missing from order and the food quality was very poor soggy peppers and a small scoop of tuna. I Called the restaurant and was told by the manger he made my food and that he did miss the cookies off the order. Very concerning a manger would let the food leave the restaurant at such low quality
