The wraps i ordered form this Subway restaurant on the Just Eat app had mould on them. I called the restaurant, and the guy blamed the warmer weather. I have requested a refund and supplied photo evidence. No refund has been given. I will be contacting the local council and the food standards agency. Not happy.

The guy misheard me when i said i wanted hunters chicken. Instead of simply saying sorry and redoing it, he very visibly shakes his head and preps a new one on the smallest 6 inch bread. Very rude

Bad customer service, ordered through Uber eats and because of the confusing layout didn?t put any salad or sauce I phoned the store only 2 minutes after ordering and they refused to put salad on my sandwich and so I paid £15 for a plain tuna sandwich, should have just walked to a supermarket and got a meal deal

Ordered through Uber eats. Simple tuna salad double meat and 3x cookies. Cookies were missing from order and the food quality was very poor soggy peppers and a small scoop of tuna. I Called the restaurant and was told by the manger he made my food and that he did miss the cookies off the order. Very concerning a manger would let the food leave the restaurant at such low quality

Usually pop in at least twice a month for lunch when I'm at work. The food is always good and they always add extra if requested.
